California Privacy Notice
WealthReach Inc.
Effective date: April 2026
This California Privacy Notice ("Notice") supplements the WealthReach Privacy Policy and applies to California residents. It describes the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use and disclose that information, your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"), and how to submit a request.
Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Notice have the meanings given in our Privacy Policy or the CCPA.
1. Scope
This Notice applies to personal information of California residents that WealthReach Inc. collects in connection with its websites, mobile or web applications, the WealthReach pixel, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). It does not apply to personal information exempt from the CCPA, including information covered by federal financial-services laws such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, or personal information of our employees and job applicants (addressed in a separate notice).
2. Categories of Personal Information Collected
In the last 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined under the CCPA:
- Identifiers — such as name, business email, phone number, firm name, IP address, and account identifiers.
- Customer records information — such as billing name and contact details.
- Commercial information — such as subscription plan, billing history, and records of services purchased.
- Internet or other electronic network activity information — such as log data, device and browser information, referring pages, interactions with the WealthReach app and websites, and events captured by the WealthReach pixel when loaded on a customer firm's site.
- Geolocation information — approximate location derived from IP address.
- Professional or employment-related information — such as firm role, title, and advisory/tax practice information you provide.
- Inferences — drawn from the above to help organize and prioritize prospects or opportunities inside a customer firm's account.
We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, government-issued ID numbers, precise geolocation, biometric information, health information, or account log-in combined with password or security credentials through the core WealthReach experience. We do not collect personal information of individuals under 18 into our data pipeline.
3. Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information from:
- You directly (signups, demos, forms, support interactions);
- Automatically through your use of the Services (app usage, pixel loads, cookies and similar technologies);
- Services and integrations you authorize (email, CRM, calendar, audience tools);
- Selected service providers and business partners that supply business-contact data through a licensed, contractual data supply chain with source-level consent; and
- Public and business sources.
External prospect data entering our platform is filtered by a compliance layer covering federal data protection, state privacy laws (including California, Colorado, Texas, Vermont, and Massachusetts), sector-specific privacy, cross-border transfer rules, the CCPA/CPRA, GLBA, and FCRA. The pipeline does not accept international (non-U.S.) data, health-related data, data on individuals under 18, or sensitive payment card data. No scraping is used.
4. Purposes for Collection and Use
We use the categories of personal information described above for the following business purposes:
- Providing, operating, securing, and supporting the Services;
- Creating, managing, and authenticating accounts and workspaces;
- Surfacing prospect engagement and scoring inside customer accounts;
- Personalizing views, recommendations, and AI outputs within a customer's account or tenant;
- Sending service, security, and billing communications;
- Processing payments and managing subscriptions;
- Improving and developing new features;
- Preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- Complying with law and enforcing our agreements; and
- Marketing WealthReach (you can opt out of marketing).
We will not use personal information for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing notice or obtaining consent where required.
5. Disclosures of Personal Information
In the last 12 months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information for a business purpose to the following categories of recipients:
- Service providers and processors — hosting, infrastructure, payments, analytics, support, security, and communications providers;
- Integrations you authorize — email, CRM, calendar, and audience destinations that you elect to connect;
- Professional advisors — auditors, lawyers, and accountants, under confidentiality obligations;
- Authorities and other parties — where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property; and
- Corporate transactions — acquirers and their advisors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
No sale. No sharing. No raw data export. WealthReach Inc. does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA. We do not permit bulk data exports, API data dumps, or sublicensing of the underlying prospect data to any third party outside the platform. We have not sold or shared the personal information of any consumer, including consumers under 16, in the last 12 months.
See our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page for more detail.
6. Retention Schedule
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal, tax, and audit obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. The table below describes our retention approach by data category.
| Category | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Account identifiers and profile data | Retained for the duration of the subscription. Deleted or de-identified within 30 days after the 30-day post-cancellation retrieval period ends, subject to legal holds. |
| Customer Data (prospect lists, templates, sequences, etc.) | Retained for the duration of the subscription. Upon termination, available for export for 30 days, then deleted from active systems within an additional 30 days. Residual copies in encrypted backups may persist up to 90 days. |
| Pixel event data | Retained for up to 24 months in identifiable form; aggregated or de-identified thereafter. |
| Usage and device logs | Retained for up to 13 months for security, abuse detection, and analytics. |
| Billing records | Retained for 7 years to satisfy tax, accounting, and audit obligations. |
| Support communications | Retained for 3 years after the last interaction. |
| Marketing contact data (non-customers) | Retained until opt-out plus 30 days, or 24 months of inactivity, whichever is earlier. |
| Privacy-request records | Retained for 24 months following closure of the request, as required by the CCPA. |
| De-identified or aggregated data | Retained indefinitely; no longer identifies any individual. |
We may retain personal information longer where required by law, to defend or bring legal claims, or to comply with regulatory or audit requirements.
7. Your California Privacy Rights
As a California resident, you have the following rights, subject to limitations in the CCPA:
- Right to know — what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the business or commercial purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to delete — personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct — inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing — of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, but you may formally record an opt-out.
- Right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information — to what is necessary to provide the Services.
- Right to data portability — to receive personal information you provided to us in a portable, and to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format.
- Right to non-discrimination — for exercising any of these rights.
No sale or sharing. WealthReach Inc. does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, and has not done so in the preceding 12 months.
8. How to Submit a Request
You may submit a verifiable consumer request through any of the following intake channels:
- Web form: use the privacy request form below on this page.
- Email: privacy@wealthreach.ai
- Postal mail: WealthReach Inc., Attn: Privacy Officer, 350 Motor Parkway, Suite 300, Hauppauge, NY 11788
We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days, with one 45-day extension where reasonably necessary. Opt-out of sale/sharing requests will be actioned without delay and no later than 15 business days from receipt.
9. Verification and Authorized Agents
We will verify your identity before responding to a right to know, delete, correct, or limit request, in a manner proportionate to the sensitivity of the information and the risk of harm from unauthorized disclosure. Verification typically requires matching two or three data points you provide (for example, the email on file, the firm associated with the record, or the approximate date of last interaction) against information we maintain. For opt-out of sale/sharing requests, no identity verification is required; we verify only that you are the person associated with the identifier used to submit the request.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require the agent to provide written permission signed by you, proof of the agent's identity, and we may contact you directly to confirm the request.
10. Appeals and Contact
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to the response we send or by emailing privacy@wealthreach.ai with the subject "Appeal." If you have questions about this Notice or about our privacy practices, contact us at:
