Frequently asked questions
What advisors ask before they sign.
Straight answers on cost, compliance, the work on your side, and what switching involves. For plans, see pricing.
Cost and contract
What does WealthReach cost?
Living Sites start at $1,000 a month, with the Attract agent included. The final price depends on scope, like how many offices and pages your site needs, and multi-office rollouts are quoted as Enterprise. Convert is a $250-a-month add-on. There are no upfront, build or onboarding fees: you start with the first monthly payment.
What's included in the monthly price?
The design and build of your site, hosting, security and 24/7 monitoring; the Attract agent researching your market and recommending new content and SEO and AEO fixes; built-in conversion tracking and heat mapping; a monthly performance report; as many logins for your team as you need; and a dedicated person on our team for changes and questions.
How long is the agreement?
Living Sites are a 12-month agreement, billed monthly. We ask for a year because most of the work (the build, then the first months of content and optimization) happens up front, and we don't charge separately for it.
Compliance
Does anything go live without our approval?
No. Nothing the AI writes or changes goes live until someone on your team approves it and hits publish. Small design tweaks, like a button color, just need your click; new copy and content are where we suggest a compliance review.
How does our compliance team review content?
Your compliance officer gets their own reviewer login. They see every pending change, can click through to the page it's on, and can comment with edits or approve it. If your compliance department prefers to review offline, any change can be exported as a PDF. We keep a log of AI activity, including anything the review step flagged.
Is the AI-generated content compliant?
Our AI is trained on the SEC Marketing Rule and FINRA's communications rules, and every draft gets a second AI review pass that flags and fixes anything that could cross a line. It's still AI, so a person on your team approves everything before it publishes. You can also give it firm-specific rules, like words your compliance team won't allow, and it remembers them.
Do you work with advisors at broker-dealers?
Yes. We work with RIAs and with advisors affiliated with broker-dealers, and the compliance seat and PDF export were built for BD review workflows. If your broker-dealer keeps an approved-vendor list, ask us where we stand with yours.
Day to day
Can we make changes to the site ourselves?
Yes. Click any text on the site and edit it in place, leave a comment on it, or tell the AI what you want in plain English ("add our new hire's bio and headshot"). You can drag in PDFs and build new landing pages yourself, or ask our team to do it. Your fonts, colors and logo are loaded at onboarding, so every change stays on brand.
How much time will this take each week?
Usually 20 to 30 minutes at most. The agent brings you a handful of recommendations a week, never more than five or six, and you review, tweak if you want, and approve. You never have to write the content yourself.
How much content gets published?
A handful of pieces a week at most. We'd rather publish the right content than flood search engines, so the agent decides what to recommend from how your pages are ranking and performing. You can always add your own: drop in an article or notes and it builds the page around them.
Content and targeting
Will Google penalize AI-written content?
Google penalizes scaled spam: hundreds or thousands of thin pages pushed out to chase keywords. That's not what we do. Each firm has its own memory of its services, clients, competitors and markets; content is built from that, follows SEO best practices, and goes past a person before it publishes.
Will the content sound like our firm?
At onboarding we build a firm profile covering your voice, messaging, services and ideal client, plus a memory that learns your preferences, like "no exclamation points" or words to avoid. No two firms' profiles are alike, so the content doesn't drift toward sounding the same.
Can you target a niche or specific locations?
Yes. During onboarding we pin down who your ideal client is and where you want to be found, and the agent builds content and location pages around both. For one firm near a large hospital network, it built pages for specific zip codes written for medical professionals.
Design
Will our site look like a template?
No. Every Living Site is designed around your brand, whether we start from your current design or from a blank page. Bring your brand guidelines and examples of sites you love, even from outside the industry, and we design from there, anywhere from classic to fully custom and animated. Once the site is live, new pages follow its own design system, so everything stays consistent.
Can you keep our current design?
Yes. If you love the look of your site, we start from it and rebuild it on our platform, with a fixed back end, the pages it's missing, and the Attract agent working on it. If you'd rather start fresh, we design a new site from a blank page. Either way, Living Sites start at $1,000 a month.
Getting started
What happens after we sign?
We start with a one-hour onboarding call and a questionnaire about your firm, your ideal clients and the look you want (send us sites you like). We send a site structure with our recommendations for your sign-off, then build. You review on a preview link and we revise together until you're happy, then we launch and set your team up in the platform.
Will we lose our Google rankings when we switch?
You're not starting over. Before anything moves, we map every page that ranks today. Each one keeps its address or gets a proper redirect, so the authority you've built carries over, and you see that plan before launch.
What happens to our domain?
Your domain stays yours, registered wherever it is today. We connect it to your new site through a secure domain-connection tool and only change the records the website needs.
Platform and data
Is it WordPress? Where is the site hosted?
Neither WordPress nor Squarespace. Sites run on our own platform, which we host and manage. Each site's code lives in its own repository, and there are no plugins for you to keep updated: we handle updates and security across every site.
Do we need a new site to use WealthReach?
Not for Convert on its own: it works on any site that can install our pixel. For the Attract agent to make changes, your site needs to live on our platform. If you love your current design, we start from it: same look, rebuilt on our platform.
Does it connect to our CRM and other tools?
Yes. HubSpot connects natively, and website forms can send leads to Salesforce, Wealthbox, Redtail or any system that accepts a webhook. We can add your ad and tracking pixels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn) and embed your calendar booking link.
What reporting do we get, and who owns the data?
You own it. We connect your Google Analytics and Search Console at onboarding, and the data stays in your accounts. Conversion tracking and heat mapping are built in, not add-ons, and most firms count a conversion as a meeting booked. You get a performance report every month, and the platform tracks how often your firm comes up in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Google.
Support and company
Will we work with a real person?
Yes, you get a dedicated person on our team. You'll hear back the same day, and simple changes, like uploading a PDF, usually happen that day too.
Who is WealthReach, and how long have you been around?
WealthReach was founded in November 2025 and works only with financial advisors. We work with hundreds of firms, from brand-new solo advisors all the way up to $30 billion RIAs.
